Many times the news media will focus on the negative patient complaints about the collection industry. And I must say that Tracy is the kindest gentlest, most persuasive person I have ever talked with. We have had terrible financial reversals in the last year. But, because of Tracy’s kindness and understanding were able to resolve this entire debt within the next three weeks. And I just want you to know how much we appreciate Tracy’s kindness and understanding. I’m Mrs. XXXXXX at area code XXX-XXX-XXXX. And we have resolved this debt and I sure hope you do not have to report it to the credit bureau reporting agencies, but I understand if you must. But, please give Tracy whatever credit you can because she is very kind. Thank you. Bye-bye.” |
